
All new Octavia is ready to launc on October 3, the new is available with four combinations of engine and transmission options, it’s likely to be available in three variants Active, Ambition and Elegance.
This car is redesigned with a refined Skoda badge and which is the signature design for all future Skoda vehicles.
The other features are 16-inch alloy wheels, gearlever and handbrake, electronically adjustable and foldable mirrors, ABS, dual front airbags, traction control, driver’s seat height adjustment, steering adjustment, audio system with an SD card reader, rear air-con vents, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, 1.8 TSI petrol available with a seven-speed automatic transmission, the base 1.4 TSI petrol is with manual gearbox. Buyers of the 2.0-litre diesel variant will have the option of choosing between the manual and a six-speed automatic transmission. The 1.8 TSI generates 179.5PS, the 1.4 TSI 140PS and the 2.0 TDI makes 143PS.
Skoda brought its newly introduced Octavia model to the Geneva auto show this year, in both sedan and wagon ("combi") formulations. Skoda announced the Octavia sedan a few weeks ago (Geneva was just its formal coming out party), the brand also brought a heretofore unseen wagon version, the Octavia Combi, to Switzerland, too.
