New ford mustang


The latest generation of the Mustang will be on display at the famous festival. Ford will also display the convertible Mustang with the 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine producing 317bhp of power and 432Nm of torque. Over 1,300 bookings have already been taken for the first Mustang available with right-hand drive. 
The show will also play host to the UK debut of the Focus RS. Rally driver and YouTube sensation Ken Block will be seen hooning Ford’s newest hot hatch. 

The new Focus RS is fitted with the same 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine from the Mustang and in here it produces 315bhp and 433Nm of torque. For the first time Ford has offered the Focus RS with an all-wheel system (developed in house) which can send up to 70 per cent of the power to the rear-wheels depending on the situation.

Ford launching Ford F-150 Truck in the year 2013. The previous Ford F-250 model is very popular in western countries and through this vehicle Ford Motors gained amazing benefits. Now, the company is launching yet another stunning model of Ford F-series Ford F-150. The model is quite light weighted and providing very good mileage of 17kmpl on the city roads.

The new Ford F- 150 has a powerful 3.7L V6 FFV engine. It churns out maximum power of 302bhp @ 6500rpm and maximum torque of 278lb-ft @ 4000rpm. The engine has a compression ratio of 10:5:1. It provides mileage of 17kmpl on the city roads and 32kmpl on the highway. This Ford-f series powerful truck has an improved design with beautiful chrome surface and front grille. The body color rear bumpers. It has halogen headlights along with complex surface lenses. These high trimmed models have attractive metallic paint. It has dimensions of 231.9” ×97.0”× 75”.

2013 Ford F- Series F-150 is a truck so it has only three passenger seats. But the interior is much comfortable. The seats are adjustable. F-150 has height adjustable seat belts and remote power locks. It has enough of space inside to driver comfortably. It has AC inside and other features like seat armrest, automatic wipers, tachometers, trip meters, it has cruise control system. The driver and passengers are provided front airbags and front curtain airbag, There is low tire pressure indicator and low fuel indicator also. Apart from this there are ABS, EBD, traction control and stability control. 2013 Ford F-150 is priced about $24,500.

Mobile Developer Summit 2013: Ford showcases SYNC

Ford introduces SYNC AppLink at the Mobile Developer Summit 2013 in Bangalore, Ford is all set to start a new chapter of in-car experience for car users in India.

SYNC AppLink allows greater communication between smartphone apps and AppLink-equipped vehicles through voice commands and will be launched in India in 2014.

“We are excited about bringing SYNC® AppLink™ to India and will offer industry-exclusive voice control technology for smartphone apps thereby providing drivers the convenience to access content and information while on-the-go. SYNC® AppLink™ is an exciting addition to Ford’s class leading connectivity technology and goes further in personalizing the in-car experience.” says David Huang, senior manager at Ford Asia Pacific’s Technology and Business Development, Connected Services and keynote speaker at Mobile Developer Summit 2013.

With Ford SYNC AppLink, customers can control applications on their smartphones from the driver’s seat using voice controls through the Ford SYNC voice activated connectivity system.

SYNC AppLink will allow greater integration with a range of smartphone apps. The platform is planned to be introduced in India with ESPNcricinfo, MapmyIndia, burrp!, Glympse, TuneIn Radio while encouraging app developers to come up and add new applications.

With its presence as the only automobile manufacturer at Mobile Developer Summit in Bangalore, Ford is reaching out to the mobile developer community to develop market specific apps in India and globally.

Undertaken through its Global Developer Program, Ford will invite software developers to create voice-activated mobile app experiences for Ford vehicles. The information to learn about the AppLink application programming interface (API) will be available on the Developer Program website, http://developer.ford.com. The developer site features online forums to discuss app development and related issues. Once submitted to Ford, an app is thoroughly tested and reviewed for usability and suitability for Ford AppLink-enabled vehicles. After Ford works out a distribution license with the developer, the app can be released to customers.

Developers working with SYNC AppLink will be able to create apps across a wide spectrum of categories to reach this growing base of Ford owners.
